History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. John grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did John. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Clerebold was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: He stands about 6'4" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and to clean up the streets

Description: He is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
