History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and someone believes him a fraud
