Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Layabout profession.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well

Voice: Scandinavian accent

Description: He is a mite stocky and likes to wear yellow tank tops with pastel pants. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Knight, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Hunter abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears an entirely brown suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Heward hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He takes great joy in being the best Scribe in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He very much looks the part of a Beggar. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Lance was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
