History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Shane decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
