History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Outside of the suit he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His tied-back hair is silver. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Charles's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Doctor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Charles was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Doctor. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 37. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
