Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Godfrey is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Godfrey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Godfrey's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Godfrey and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Godfrey's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Godfrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
