History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.

Personality: Gilbert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Gilbert was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Kody learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
