History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a great chef.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
