History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bowyer and was forced into it by his family; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult
