Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to gnolls.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a glassblower and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born in the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the west to a Map Maker, Adelard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
