History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to clean up the streets
