Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Interpreter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mortician but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants revenge against dire rats
