History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Masseuse like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and expand his business

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Guy was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This malnourished man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He was born in the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
