History: Raymond was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Lance has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his son

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
