Personality: Rolf speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Lance was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Barber soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
