History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many illithids want him driven away

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
