History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills.
