He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Justin has worked very hard to control his curse. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
