Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor.
