History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Charles was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Charles decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. After coming to the age of reason, Frederick took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.
