Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Roger and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the north. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and further expansion of business
