History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.
