Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bowyer for hire.
