History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Bernard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Server father left him crippled. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a cook and was forced into it by his family
