History: Born in the east to a Tanner, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
