History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Layabout father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
