This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alex. After months of barely getting by, Alex managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
