Charles Halsey, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is cut close to his head. He has amber eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Charles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
