History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A freak accident while working with his Doctor mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: William was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after William was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
