History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
