Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Spice Merchant does. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Actor, but he got bored and became a Shepherd. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: 6'0" and muscular, this southern man wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a blue scarf. His black hair is cut short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Merchant born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the south to a Merchant, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Merchant. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
