He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. His blonde hair is cut short. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Tim was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
