History: Hugh was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
