History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a brown coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Conrad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Conrad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
