Ernest is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Kyle was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
