History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Tanner. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Tanner soon after.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.
