Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Heward was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carter. He now mingles about in high society.
