History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. His hair is brown and curly. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Percival enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Conrad has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and revenge
