When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with pastel slacks. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Patrick is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
