His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he's looking for his big break
