Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This younger middle-aged man has the majority of his body covered in plate, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the north to a Junk Dealer, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: He wears a black vest and prefers tan and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sickle, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He is wearing a long, green cloak. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Sage soon after.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
