History: Heward was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He's also a talented Server, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and regain custody of his son
