Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

His head has been shaved. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carpenter born in the past three hundred years. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with black slacks. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
