Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Aldous was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Priest. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult
