Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Carter and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilbert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His silver hair is singed and shortened. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mercenary born in the past three hundred years. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Heward was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Ralf abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Scribe. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
