History: Heward was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Conrad was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Raymond was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Hunter soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
