Diggory Oakes, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was a Brewer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has achieved small success as a Masseuse.

Personality: Adam wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Shane Carlyle, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a large blue jacket. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
