He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his right hand. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Hugh is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
