History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Aldous and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Simon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his father's many stories. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
