Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a tan shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kyle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kyle. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Hugh was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.
